About
Kids Crafts, LLC.
#socialgood #womanowned
Holland, Michigan -- est. 2013
In a world where women are still vastly underrepresented, it’s important for girls (and all of us) to know about powerful trailblazing female figures. Kids Crafts™ believes every girl has the power to change the world. To us, crafts are more than beads, paint, or jewels — they’re the tools that inspire girls to embrace their creativity and be whoever they want to be. We believe that it’s vital for our youngest generation to be exposed to bold women in global history. By sharing the stories of female trailblazers, entrepreneurs, and creators we’re showing the next generation of leaders that anything (and everything!) is possible. More than just a “girl activity”, Kids Crafts™ blends education, entertainment, creativity, and fun into a lifestyle brand for preteens. Kids Crafts™ is a woman-owned small business and social impact is at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to donate a portion of our proceeds to non-profit organizations that empower girls across the globe.
About
Kids For Culture
#socialgood #notsoldonAmazon #smallbatch #IndigenousOwned #BlackOwned #WomenOwned
Temple Hills, MD -- est. 2020
Hi! We are Kristen and Lamia, an educator and a mommy! Our goal as sisters is to help parents and educators teach children about diversity, self-love, and self-awareness. Our products are created to help children feel good about themselves, their families, and their communities; while also exposing children to differences, unfamiliar things, and experiences beyond their immediate lives. We believe teaching diversity increases cultural competence, which in turn allows children to be empathetic to the experiences of others.
About
The Landmark Project
#socialgood #notsoldonAmazon
South Carolina - est. 2007
The Landmark Project began as the side hustle at our tee shirt print shop because our small team liked making good designs and spending time hiking, biking, and paddling our local parks. In pure entrepreneurial form, we thought perhaps there could be a way to bring the two together, and a line of state park tees was born. We had no idea that our work would spark fast connections with the people who saw them. We made instant friends, swapped trail stories, and found ourselves in the middle of a kind and conscientious community, dedicated to the healthy practice of taking time outside.
Today we’re dedicated to sustaining a healthy company culture, forging supply chains that live up to good ethical and environmental practices, and learning as much as we can about the challenges we face in being responsible and inclusive outdoor enthusiasts.
